JAMES A.F. KELLY, M.S., C.P.P.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHAIRMAN
Mr. Kelly is the former Chief Inspector of Security for the United States Nuclear
Regulatory Commission, Region IV. He brings to his current position 35 years of experience
in law enforcement and security, starting as a Military Police and Security Officer,
Municipal Motorcycle Patrolman, and progressing through State Police Detective, and City
Police Administrator. He went on to be Assistant Director of the International Association
of Chiefs of Police, serving as Chief of IACPs Public Security Center. Mr. Kelly
also has a distinguished academic career, instructing at both undergraduate and university
levels. He has lectured internationally before audiences of international businessmen.
