James A.F. Kelly, the CEO, has substantial experience in law enforcement and security. Career steps progressed through: military police and security positions, municipal motorcycle patrolman, state police detective, city police department administrator, assistant director of the International Association Chiefs of Police, and regional Security Chief Inspector of the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission. He holds a BS in History & Education from St. Joseph's University, a Master's degree in Criminology from Florida State University and is an American Society of Industrial Security Certified Protection Professional.
