The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) has a specific restriction against the administration of psychological examination associated with employment, unless it can be justified. An example of justification is the regulatory specification for psychological testing for access authorization to a nuclear power reactor. There are other tests that record behavioral likes and dislikes that satisfy the ADA without special procedures. The results of these tests are very helpful to employers during an interview session in determining the compatibility of the applicant with workplace expectation. IQM is licensed to score tests that record a person's work ethics and attitudes about theft, drugs and violence. The validated test used by IQM is entitled: the Personnel Selection Inventory. Using The Testing System

The screening of prospective and current employees is a process which seeks to identify persons best suited for a task or compatibility with the desired work environment. Just as positive personality traits may be identified in written tests, so can negative traits. Thus, tools are provided for closer examination of an applicant or employee. The test is a serious of multiple choice questions that the applicant is asked to answer. The numerical responses are in groups. The numerical value of the group is then entered into a transmittal form that can be faxed or E-Mailed to us for scoring. We score the validated tests in a timely manner, and provide focused questions for your interviewer to use in further talks with the applicant where the employer is searching for the following traits:
